- We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Service team in Seattle, Washington. The Service Project Manager will be a part of our Servicemark Construction team and will manage a variety of tenant service projects under $500k with up to thirty projects simultaneously.
- The Servicemark Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the project manager interfaces with clients and directs and supervises activities related to estimating, bidding, contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and with adherence to our Safety, Quality and Performance standards.

Duties and Tasks

- Will interface with clients to facilitate their service requests in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Contacts and schedules outside subcontractors, within budgetary limits, as necessary to meet the operating requirements of the company
- Attends regular meetings and keeps management informed on those matters that affect the successful performance of their jobs
- Facilitates and monitors billings and accounts receivable for their projects
- Meets regularly with the Workflow Manger to ensure proper information flow and adherence to stated objectives and timing
- Ensures the accuracy of all field hour reporting and approves all costs allocated to his/her projects
- Reviews cost reports, provides explanations for variations on all projects they manage, and takes prompt remedial action, as required
- Ensures the closeout documents are completed in a timely manner and are presented to the Building Manager, Site Manager, and/or Building Owner/ Governmental Representative as required by client for all projects they are managing
- Adequate onsite review and supervision is to be performed no less than weekly for each project they manage.
- Job Cost reports are reviewed no less than weekly to ensure the project is on schedule and within budgetary guidelines
- Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner, constantly assisting personnel in the development of proper work habits
- Demonstrates good judgment in investigating problems and making decisions
- Respects & maintains the confidentiality of company, client, and personal information
- Maintains cooperative working relationships with other staff members

Minimum Requirements
-
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related to an Engineering field, preferred.
- 4 years or more of experience in project management. ‘Service’ project management is a plus
- ·Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
- Experience with project manager software (Sage, Service Management, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.

$107,800 - $135,000 a year
The starting base pay for this position has an hourly range of $107,800 to $135,000.* The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for health, disability, life, dental, vision along with retirement and profit sharing plans.
