Karbon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets.
As an Account Executive, you will…
- Lead a team of Sales Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their targets
- Identify and manage leads and opportunities, demonstrating our company's value to potential clients
- Conduct demos of our platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients
- Provide a first-class experience to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Optimize the sales process, continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive outbound engagement and call activity to expand the portfolio of prospects
- Create outreach sequences leveraging marketing content to secure meetings with decision makers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our CRM system
About You:
Candidates with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply:
- Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience leading either a team of Sales Executives, or BDRs/SDRs
- Proven track record of success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Bonus points if you have:
- Accounting, Tax, or App industry experience
- Previous experience working at a company that sells Workflow, Accounting, or Project Management software
- Scaleup environment experience

The OTE range for this role is $200,000-$210,000, uncapped
As we hire across various locations within the USA we are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as physical location/cost of living in that location, years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, for some roles very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
